Harnessing the Power of People to Fight Ocean Trash

In partnership with volunteer organizations and individuals around the globe, the International Coastal Cleanup (ICC) engages people to remove trash from the world’s beaches and waterways and document their efforts.  The New Jersey Clean Communities Council is proud to host this initiative and promote litter cleanups and data collection throughout New Jersey.

The International Coastal Cleanup is celebrated on the 3rd Saturday in September – September 26, 2026 – but data collected from cleanups sponsored now thru the end of November 2026 are included in the annual report so make a difference and sign up now!
