New Jersey Clean Communities Council Honors Allan Dilley with“Municipal Coordinator” Award

FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP – July 3, 2018 –The New Jersey Clean Communities Council

(NJCCC) has awarded Allan Dilley, Public Works Manager for Franklin Township in Hunterdon County, with the “Municipal Coordinator Award” for his longstanding commitment to residents.

Dilley has given the township more than two decades of his hard work, dedication and drive to make a difference in his community, said NJCCC Executive Director Sandy Huber. “His passion really shows through the work he does,” she said.

“Honestly, I was very surprised when I got the award,” Dilley said. “I really was not expecting it. I’ve been with the township since 1991 and maintain 26 miles of rural roads. We are proud to keep the town very clean. It is wonderful to be recognized by a statewide organization for the work we do.”
